1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site that operates independently of government. It does not store official criminal records, obtain records, perform official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its role is to identify custodians of Pinal County criminal records, including PCSO, the courts, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, and Arizona DPS OffenderWatch, and to provide access to optional third-party research tools. Government access remains subject to Arizona Public Records Law, including A.R.S. 39-121 and 39-121.01; repository dissemination is controlled by A.R.S. 41-1750.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use site content for an FCRA-regulated hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decision
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten another person with information found here
• Violate any applicable federal, Arizona, or local law
• Attempt unauthorized entry into the site's systems
• Deploy bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools against the pages
• Interfere with site operation or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool may not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Misuse can also violate criminal law. Arizona DPS OffenderWatch information is published for lawful safety awareness under Arizona registry law, not vigilantism, blacklisting, or discrimination. A visitor is responsible for using all registry information lawfully.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Our advertising partners likewise do not offer tools intended for the regulated decisions listed below. Site content and linked results may not be used to:

• Set insurance rates or assess creditworthiness
• Evaluate a job applicant or make a termination decision
• Screen a rental or housing applicant
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Support any other action regulated by the FCRA

A person or organization with a lawful need for an FCRA-regulated report must use an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider or an authorized official process.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how an Arizona charge, conviction, warrant, sealing rule, set aside, or marijuana expungement provision applies to an individual matter. Consult a licensed Arizona attorney for legal advice.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are supplied "as is." We make no promise that:

• A partner's search result will be accurate or complete
• Information will always be current, complete, or error-free
• The website will remain available without interruption
• Every page will be free of bugs or security vulnerabilities

Criminal records can change as charges are filed, dismissed, sealed, set aside, or expunged. Delays and gaps can occur. Nothing published here is an official statement from PCSO, a Pinal County court, Arizona DPS, or any government body.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links lead to sheriff, court, Arizona agency, legal-aid, and outside search services. A destination is beyond our control. We are not responsible for its content, availability, fees, privacy practices, or results, and visitors should review its terms before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Pinal County Criminal History or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, altered, or used to create derivative work without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the greatest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from site use, including reliance on information obtained here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or actions resulting from your site use or violation of these terms, including related costs and legal fees.
