Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be retained so our team can respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, server systems may collect routine technical details about the visit:
- Page-view dates and times
- Your device's assigned IP address
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and device category
- Visited pages and time spent on them
- A referring website, when one exists
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They help show, in aggregate, which pages receive traffic and where visits end. Analytics providers assist with that measurement. Browser controls can block cookies, although doing so may change how some site functions behave.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Pinal County Criminal History does not host, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It provides general directions to PCSO, courts, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, and Arizona DPS OffenderWatch. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal profiles, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted through one is governed by that provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices, not by this policy. Review the provider's terms before sending a query because we do not control those practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to PCSO, court portals, Arizona agencies, legal-aid resources, or outside tools. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read that policy before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use their systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. That tracking is controlled by the provider.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be available to:
- Analytics providers that measure performance and traffic
- Search partners processing a query you submit
- Advertising networks serving ads on a page
- Government or law enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal requirement
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, standard security measures are used to protect collected data. No internet system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If such information is identified, it will be removed.
Your Data Rights
Rights can vary by residence and applicable law. Arizona Public Records Law, including A.R.S. 39-121 and A.R.S. 39-121.01, governs public records held by government custodians, while A.R.S. 41-1750 controls dissemination from the Arizona DPS criminal-history repository. Those laws do not turn this private site into a government records custodian. Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Request deletion of eligible personal data
- Ask what personal information we retain about you
- Seek correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of processing when a governing law provides that choice
